Q:Do you ship? A:Yes, we do,we ship domestically and internationally. We ship within the U.K. and internationally. We ship with DHL and ROYAL MAIL, the carrier will depend on the order. location we’ll be sending it to. We get the most cost effective pricing for our customers. Once your order is shipped, we will email you confirmation along with your tracking number. All shipments are insured and signature is required upon receipt. Please note, over-sized and larger orders may incur an additional delivery fee which will be discussed with you prior to processing your order. Please be sure to choose the correct shipping service for your country when purchasing.
We are UK Based company. If you are a UK customer or an EU customer, there are no custom problems and will not need to deal with any tax situations.
For customers from outside of EU it is the customer's responsibility to pay for any duty and tax according to your home country's Custom policies.
Postal Delays Postal delays may happen sometimes during holidays, with bad weather conditions, floods, or postal strikes etc, that may affect the postal services. Please allow at least two weeks before claiming an item has not been received for UK orders and four weeks for international orders.
RETURNS POLICY Due to the nature of custom made Drag Queen and Theatrical wigs all sales are final. Exchanges on ready to wear wigs can be returned under our conditions A return request MUST be made within 7 days of receipt and return it within 14 days. No request, no return. The postage is refundable only if the item is returned to us in faulty condition. The buyer is responsible for postage for returning. For hygienic reasons, buyer must make sure that the item is UNUSED and in its original condition, which includes (but not limited to):
Original tag attached as it was originally sold
All accessories included
No smell of perfume, food, smoke or anything else similar
Not being cut, brushed, restyled, washed or any other conditions opposing to 'unused'
Otherwise we have the right ship it back to you and refuse the refund.
What happens if i want to cancel my order? Once orders have been processed and dispatched, they cannot be cancelled. If your item(s) have not yet been dispatched/shipped out, you are able to cancel any order, except any custom made Drag & Theatrical item(s). However, all cancelled items will be subject to a 15% restocking & admin fee and will be deducted from the refunded total.
